Mission Statement of the Endangered Dog Breeds Association of Australia

Promoting responsible dog ownership and owner responsibility to all dog owners
Providing guidance advice and alternatives to BSL (Breed Specific Legislation) where and whenever dog laws are proposed or passed
Opposing BSL with dedication on behalf of all dog owners
Countering misinformation and hysteria promoted by media anti-canine groups, welfare groups and governments about dog breeds and dog attacks
Exposing the truth behind dog attacks with the aim that information collated for possible future measures will be relevant and fair to all persons and all dogs
Opposing any dog control laws aimed at the rights of all responsible dog owners
Offering advice and help where possible on any and all of these issues
