What were you doing at the 11th hour, of the 11th day of the 11th month this year?

Peter May knows exactly what he was doing.

He was saying good-bye to his Staffordshire cross puppy, Joh.

Less than 2 hours after this photo was taken, little puppy Joh was murdered by the Kingaroy City Council.

6 months ago, at the age of a little over 12 weeks, a young puppy was accused by council officers of the Kingaroy City Council for allegedly growling after being sprayed in the face with Capsicum Spray.

He was seized a few months later, and lived the remainder of his life at the council facility for the TEMPORARY housing of dogs.

Joh was just over 12 WEEKS OLD.

The picture on your right is that of a Staffordshire Terrier type of pup at the same age as Joh was when he supposedly "Dangerously attacked" a full grown man.

This is the size of the "dangerous" puppy, that growled after being sprayed with Capsicum spray.

Conservative estimates of the number of dogs killed in Queensland since May of this year are put at 6000 dogs.

The EDBA is now obtaining information, that indicates this figure is a massive understatement.

Joh may be just one of those 6000, but we will present his whole sorry story to you as evidence of what can happen, when Governments begin to believe that the only "safe" dog, is a dead dog.
